Reservations Policy
Reservations will be held for campers by sending us a deposit check that is equal to 50% of the cost of the reservation or up to $50.00 which ever is less.
Cancellation Policy
100% of deposit will be refunded by notifying us within 14 days of the reservation date. 50% of the deposit will be returned by notifying us 7 days before the reservation date. The deposit will be non refundable 7 days or less of the reservation date.
Other Rate Information
For those campers wishing to stay 5 months or more during the year, we have a special winter storage rate, if the camper would like us to store their trailer in the park for the winter. All Rates Include Electric, Water, Sewer and Cable
