Lakeview UM Campground is open to individuals and families EVERYONE is WELCOME. The campground is located 45 miles north and east of Grand Rapids just off M-46 between Six Lakes and Lakeview. The campground is open from early May through the end of October and hosts special events during the winter months.

Lakeview is a Christian, family focused camp promoting an alcohol free environment. There is a prayer-meditation garden, a meditation labyrinth, and chapel area available along with 2 miles of shaded walkways with benches.

The camp maintains a boat launch, has 5 docks and an excellent swimming beach on Townline Lake. The lake is great for water skiing, fishing, and boating. The camp is in the process of developing a 300-acre ATV course, which should be completed during the 2009 camping season

All sites are wooded with some lakefront lots and have water, picnic table, fire ring, and have either 20/30-amp service with some sites having 20/30/50 amp service.

There are 6 clustered areas for groups or singles where pets are welcome. The area has several golf courses, flea markets, antique shops and an Amish cheese factory in the immediate area.
